About us

I founded YANA Trainings in 2024. Before that, I worked in sales/consulting at SAP and gave up this job to realize my idea with YANA.

This idea arose from the fact that I supported my wife, who came to Germany from Israel as a Palestinian in 2019, in applying for her license to practice medicine from the responsible authority (Lageso) in 2021. Over the course of time, we realized that arriving in Germany depends on many factors that are only slowly and laboriously accessible to new immigrant workers. Further contacts from the initially Arabic-speaking environment made it clear that support was needed here that went beyond learning the German language in order to find one's feet more quickly and thus feel at home more quickly.

Today, we are currently a team of 6 people from different countries and cultural backgrounds who help companies to give immigrants a quick and comprehensive overview of life and the peculiarities of German culture on various topics...or what is understood by this in the respective area.
